Yes, the number will be 1-833-990-0272.
Will my PIN for Audio Banking change?
Yes, when you call on or after October 2nd to access audio banking, you will need to set up a new password/PIN.

What is a “core system”?
The core processing system is the computer software and supporting hardware that Baylor Health Care System Credit Union uses to maintain members’ deposit and loan accounts, process transactions, and support services such as debit cards and online banking.
How does updating the core system conversion benefit me?
As a result of the core conversion, the credit union will be able to provide:
- Enhanced account access with additional security measures and controls
- More personalized account features and functionality to better manage your money
- Improved efficiencies in service online, on the phone and in the branch
Will your hours of operation be affected?
Yes. The credit union branch will be closed and member service phone line is unavailable on Wednesday October 1st. Business will resume on Thursday October 2nd at 1:00 PM.
What is not changing after the system conversion?
- Routing Number
- Your checks, credit card and debit cards with PIN will remain the same
- Pre-authorized payments and direct deposits. Please verify the amounts and frequency after conversion.
- Online and Mobile Banking
Statements
Will my statements have a new look?
Yes. Both paper statements and eStatements will have a fresh new and improved look starting with the October statement. Please note, statements are mailed to Primary Account Owners only.
Will I receive paper statements or eStatements?
With our upgraded system, if you have elected to receive eStatements, you will continue to receive them in that manner. However, all members regardless of selection, will receive a final paper statement for September.
Please note, we will now offer 18 months of electronic statements. There will be some downtime as our core provider works on uploading that data. We anticipate eStatments to be available again before your November statement period.
Account Information
Will my account number change?
No. Your account number will remain the same.
Will I have to order new checks?
No, you will not need to order new checks. The MICR number on your current checks remains the same after the upgrade.
Will I be able to use the ATM?
Yes. ATMs will be available for use.
Debit Card Balance Inquiries: Starting on the evening of Tuesday, September 30th, balance inquiries may be unavailable or not reflect all transactions until the system is live again on Thursday. Spending from debit accounts should be tracked carefully to avoid overdraft.
Will my debit card work during conversion?
Yes. Debit card purchases will be processed as normal, however your daily withdrawal and POS limit will be lowered. If you may need amounts exceeding $300, please be sure to process your transactions or withdrawals early on September 30th.
Will I receive my direct deposit during the conversion?
If your ACH item/Direct Deposit is received by Tuesday, it will be posted to your account that morning and be available for use during the core conversion. Any ACH/Direct Deposit received Tuesday or later will be posted after the conversion, on October 2nd.
Will any part of my direct deposits, payroll deductions, or automatic payments change?
No, you should see no change in your direct deposits, payroll deductions, or automatic payments. Everything will be scheduled to deposit and distribute to the accounts as requested.
Changes to Christmas Club accounts –
Club account holders no longer need to visit the branch to withdraw funds from your Christmas Club account. On or after November 1st, your Holiday Savings will be automatically transferred into your regular savings account for your convenience.”
Will I still have access to Courtesy Pay?
Your courtesy pay election will not change; however, eligibility criteria has been adjusted slightly. In order to be eligible for courtesy pay, the checking account must be open for 60 days or more, remain in good standing and have at least 1 direct deposit of $500 or mor
Online & Mobile Banking
Will I be able to access Online or Mobile Banking services during conversion?
No. Online and Mobile Banking, including Zelle, external account transfers, mobile deposit, and transaction history, will be unavailable to existing users from approximately 4:00 PM on Tuesday September 30th until the system is live again on Thursday.
In addition, the enrollment option for new users will be unavailable from Monday September 22nd until the system is live again on Thursday October 2nd.
Will I need to update my log-in credentials?
No. Your Online and Mobile Banking platform will be accessible using your same user credentials.
What if I have scheduled bills to be paid during the system upgrade?
All online bill payments scheduled to occur during or after the upgrade will be processed normally. Online Banking and Bill Pay functionality will be available beginning October 2nd.
Will my pending payments still be set up in Bill Pay?
Yes, your scheduled payments will carry over.
Will my payees still be set up in Bill Pay?
Yes, your payees will carry forward to the new system.
Will my Bill Pay history transfer over to the new system?
Yes, your history of payments will transfer over to the upgraded system.
Will I still receive the alerts I have set up in Online Banking?
Yes, the alerts currently set up will stay the same as they are today.
