
New Virtual Branch Logon instructions
Starting October 20, you’ll need to follow these steps below for your first login
What to expect for your Initial Logon to new Online Banking:
If you updated your login credentials before the conversion:
The login process will not change if you have updated your login credentials. When the new system is live, please login using your existing credentials.
If you did NOT update your login credentials before the conversion:
STEP 1:
The Logon ID must have a minimum length of 6 digits.
If your Member Number is less than 6 digits, you must enter the necessary leading zeroes to make it 6 digits
- 123456 = 123456
- 12345 = 012345
- 1234 = 001234
- 123 = 000123
STEP 2:
For your initial logon, your Password (Security Code) will be the word security, plus the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.

STEP 3:
The first time you login to the new Online Banking system, you will then be prompted to change your Login ID & Security Code.

Login ID: must be between 6 and 50 characters with letters, numbers and the following special characters: underscore, dash, period, exclamation point, at sign, dollar sign, asterisk, parentheses, equal sign, plus sign, pipes and brackets (e.g. _‐.!@$*()=+{}[]|) No spaces allowed.
Security Code: must be between 9 to 16 characters and must contain: upper- and lower-case letters and at least two numbers. Special Characters are optional. Do not select a Security Code you have used in the past. The Security Code is case sensitive
